We're pretty busy with some new projects - including releasing some more "Slava's Journey Film"-related material on Vimeo on Demand - and were quite surprised to receive an award for a competition we entered some while ago! Nice surprise!
Everybody in the entire world is more than welcome to come to watch our film "SLAVA'S JOURNEY: SECRETS OF SNOW" in an exclusive screening at the HORSE HOSPITAL in central London.
Also you can ask any questions to Clive and myself afterwards!

Slava inspired us to make a film about the joy he manages to spread all over the world: “Slava’s Journey: Secrets of Snow” on Vimeo on Demand.
You can watch it here, and feel the love:

From SLAVA'S SNOWSHOW (facebook.com/slavasnowshow.international) :
"My first - and perhaps my only - merit is to be able to inspire people to do everything with joy. The word work is forbidden in the family. If what you are doing doesn't give you joy, do something else." – Slava Polunin
Well, we've finally done it - made the film "SLAVA'S JOURNEY: SECRETS OF SNOW" available to watch, on Vimeo on Demand!
We've already had happy responses from many viewers:
I was easily able to access the English version. I had rented this before and watched it twice then so I already knew what I was getting. I love it, will watch it many more times. For me it’s a good remember to play and invite others into the world of joy.
Offered as a gift to the whole family, for a moment of dream and happiness. A wonderful epic, full of anecdotes, laughter, and emotions. Thank you all for extending the dream into our living room.
Christmas 2022 will always be remembered for “Slava’s Journey”. This fills me with joy
Loved it. Pure joy.

When I see the face of this wonderful artist - the words from the church psalm "The light is quiet ... always come to mind ".
Slava Polunin has been filling us with such a quiet joy for many, many years. May God grant him all the best. It is a pity that there are only a few such people...
David Langdon

This is a ‘must’ for the end of this year and a ‘go to’ for those years ahead. The film, the Snow Show and all things Slava can teach so much
Slava's Journey Film Thank you, best wishes of happiness for 2023 for you, for all your team and for your beautiful movie!
All was very quiet over the Covid lockdown period: no filming, no screenings… HOWEVER we were invited to present “SLAVA’S JOURNEY: SECRETS OF SNOW” at two foreign festivals:
The Malomfesztivál, Orom, Serbia
This was a delightful, relaxed little festival of art, music and film in very rural Serbia.
We showed the film in an open barn-like stage area, with hay bale seats and starry sky above – a wonderful escape from Covid isolation!
Festival Internacional Clownbaret, Santa Cruz, Tenerife
We screened the film as part of the International Clownbaret. Once again, we found ourselves in a warm and wonderful community and environment.
Dear Steve and Clive,
On behalf of Russian Film Week USA's co-founders, Cherry Orchard Festival Foundation and Rock Studio films, we are so grateful to you for giving us the opportunity to include your film "Slava's Journey: Secrets of Snow" in the program of the Russian Film Week USA Festival, which took place entirely online this year, broadcasting to over 1100 households in the US from 22 to 30 of January, 2021.
The sneak preview of the film has given our program a much needed dose of foolishness, a heap of artistry and a heavy helping of magic. And, of course, we are especially thrilled that you were able to join us for a live Q&A. There has been significant international interest in the film, and we are looking forward to seeing it take off in wide release very soon.
We are looking forward to holding our next Russian Film Week in December 2021, and in the meantime we are always open to collaborating on new ideas.
With warmest regards,
Maria Shclover Co-founding Producer Russian Film Week USA
MULTILINGUAL VERSIONS OF SLAVA’S JOURNEY
Well, this has to be quite an ‘update’!
We’ve been very busy during the Coronavirus lockdown – as well as growing our hair and binge eating, we have been toiling away on the final stages of the film.
This has been almost constant work, but now we can announce we have:
A RUSSIAN VERSION OF THE FILM
A FRENCH VERSION OF THE FILM
A SPANISH VERSION OF THE FILM
GETTING THE FILM INTO THE WORLD
We are also negotiating with an aggregator to get the film out on major platforms – iTunes/Apple TV; Amazon Prime; and Google Play. This process should take around 3 months after we submit the film.
Before we do that, we need to meet the incredibly precise technical requirements, particularly with captions.
Shakespeare wrote “There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamed of in your philosophy.” Well, this is very true about those ‘final stages’!
FESTIVALS
We’ve also been very busy submitting the film to festivals. We lost a lot of money submitting to brick-and-mortar festivals, which of course were closed due to coronavirus. BUT we have been applying to virtual festivals, and are delighted to announce we have amassed 8 sets of laurels!

In April 2018 we screened a rough cut at the highly prestigious MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, April 2018!
Nikita Mikhalkov, the President of the Moscow Film Festival, really loved the ”wonderful, wonderful” film, as did the audience.
The audience also seemed to like our inadvertently clownish Question and Answer session after the film.
